Client's Task
After an engine upgrade to over 800 hp, the factory dual-clutch gearbox became the weak point. The client needed it to handle the new torque level with launch control use.
Our Solution
Complete gearbox rebuild with upgraded clutch packs, reinforced circlips and updated TCM calibration. Shift pressure mapping matched to the engine's torque curve, validated with logging on road and track.
