Client's Task
The client's EJ25 suffered a bearing failure at 450 hp. The goal: rebuild it stronger, target 500+ hp, and make it live under sustained track use.
Our Solution
Complete engine rebuild with forged pistons and rods, upgraded bearings and studs, balanced rotating assembly, larger turbo and injectors, and a conservative custom map with full logging. Broken-in and validated on our dyno over 1,000 km before the final power calibration.
